Appearance in Hero/Senshi/PreCure Form(includes clothing): Cole's tall build and stricken look make for a very good-looking hero. His leather jacket and grey jeans lend him an air of defiance, and his hair and scars from the past just add to the effect. The lightning he uses is a cool ice-blue color.
Appearance in Civilian Form(includes clothing):
The same as above. He only has one form.
Brief History(doesn't have to be long or dragged out):
Four years ago, Cole was responsible for a massive explosion that turned him into an electricity-wielding conduit. A year later, a monster known as The Beast appeared, and started a campaign of terror, destroying much of the world. However, Cole was somehow spared. Brought into a parallel world, he was told that he had failed, and that everyone he had ever loved was dead and gone. But he had another chance. If he did things differently, if he did things right, he would be able to save his friends and the world. And so he was thrust back into the world once again, this time, ready to do what he couldn't do before.
Physical and Magical Attacks in Hero/Senshi/PreCure Form:
Many different electrical attacks, including launching lightning bolts, explosive lightning "Grenades" waves of electricity, and more. He also possesses several abilities given to him by his active Conduit gene, including accelerated regeneration, Rayacite sense, and an ability given to him by his return to the world, his transConduit awareness.
Physical and Magical Attacks in Civilian Form:
The same as above. He only has one form.
Physical and Magical Weaknesses in Hero/Senshi/PreCure Form:
Water. He can handle small amounts of water, but too much water will effectively short him out and electrocute him. Same thing goes for most other vulnerabilities of electricity. Just because he can channel his electricity doesn't mean he can regulate it.
Physical and Magical Weaknesses in Civilian Form: The same as above. Again.
