Here is where you can submit Character Applications for Precure All Stars: Action in Aurakako.
You can either submit a Character Application, or if you already have a Character Thread on here, you can link to it.

This thread just functions as a Submission Thread. Once a staff member has approved a character it will be moved to the Database so you only have to submit your character or characters once.
